By using diworkspace.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you create an account in the product app, the separate terms presented at sign up govern that account, your plan and any billing.

What this site is

This website describes DIWorkspace and publishes general how-to guides about using AI. It does not process your documents. Nothing here is a contract to provide the product, and features described as coming soon may change or not ship.

What DIWorkspace does not promise

De-identification is a safeguard, not a guarantee against all disclosure. De-identification reduces the identifying detail in a document; it cannot rule out every possibility that a determined reader could work out who a document is about, particularly where the surrounding context is unusual. You are asked to review every change before anything is saved or shared, and that review is part of how the product is meant to be used.

DIWorkspace helps you understand and draft. It isn’t medical, legal, or financial advice. Do not rely on this site, the guides, or output from an AI model as a substitute for a professional who knows your situation. If this is a medical emergency, call 911.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• break the law, or use the site to harm, harass or impersonate anyone;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure or anyone’s account;
• interfere with the site’s operation, including by scraping in a way that degrades it for others;
• copy or republish substantial parts of our content as your own.

Our content

The text, design, logos and guides on this site belong to Cerca Labs or its licensors. You may read, link to and quote them with attribution. You may not present them as your own or use our name or logo to suggest we endorse you.

Links to other sites

Our guides cite outside sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Availability and changes

The site is provided as is and as available. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and we may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date above; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Cerca Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. In that case, the excluded parts apply to the maximum extent permitted.

Governing law

The governing jurisdiction is being confirmed with counsel and will be stated here before launch. Until then, nothing in this section waives any right you have under the law where you live.
